We want you to love your new look, but if it is not quite right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of purchase for all full-priced items. Please ensure garments are in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene stickers remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your nearest authorized postal carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
